Q. Should I have my account number available? A.
Yes, definitely.
Q. Does it help to know the UPC code numbers for the products
I order? A.
Yes.
Q. What is the cut off time for next day delivery? A.
3:00 p.m. for 10:00 a.m. delivery of fresh meat and seafood.
Q. Are ALL the products I order from SYSCO delivered the
next day? A.
No not all. Some fresh meat and seafood products require
skip day delivery.
Q. What is Hallsmith SYSCO's policy on returns? A.
Hallsmith SYSCO will only accept returns in full cases within
30 days of delivery, with the following exception: all
fresh products must be returned on the day of delivery.
Q. Are there any products that can not be returned? A.
Yes. Special orders and dairy products can not be returned.
